Polityka dotycząca nadużyć

Last updated: November 3, 2026 · Applicable to every ArzyNet user, visitor and third party worldwide

1. Introduction & Purpose

ArzyNet is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful and trustworthy environment for every user of its AI trading platform. This Abuse Policy outlines what ArzyNet classifies as abusive behavior, how we detect it, how we respond to it and how any user, partner or external party can report suspected misuse of our services. The policy applies to the entire ArzyNet ecosystem — including the arzynet.net website, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, email, support channels and all related infrastructure.

By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to behave in good faith and to comply with the rules set out below. ArzyNet reserves the right to take any lawful action necessary to protect its users, infrastructure, partners and reputation from abuse, including suspending or terminating accounts, cooperating with law-enforcement authorities and taking appropriate legal measures.

2. Zero-Tolerance Principle

ArzyNet operates on a strict zero-tolerance approach toward every form of abuse, fraud and misuse of its platform. We treat every verified case as a serious violation and respond proportionally — up to and including permanent account termination, forfeiture of promotional benefits, blacklisting across our partner network, mandatory reporting to regulators and formal referral to law-enforcement authorities. There are no "warnings for serious offences" — a confirmed severe breach triggers immediate enforcement.

3. Categories of Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on ArzyNet. The list is not exhaustive — any act that undermines the integrity, safety or lawful operation of the Platform may be treated as abuse at ArzyNet's sole discretion:

  • Financial fraud: chargeback abuse, stolen-card use, money laundering, structuring, use of mule accounts, forged documents or counterfeit identity.
  • Identity-related abuse: impersonation of another person, use of stolen or synthetic identity, submission of forged KYC documents, operating an account on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
  • Multi-accounting: creating or operating more than one ArzyNet account per individual, including through family members, straw men or synthetic personas.
  • Promotion & bonus abuse: abuse of referral programs, bonus hunting, self-referrals, collusion between accounts, fake traffic or incentivized sign-ups.
  • Jurisdiction evasion: use of VPN, proxies, residential rotators or false declarations to bypass geographical restrictions imposed by law.
  • Market manipulation: wash trading, layering, spoofing, front-running, coordinated manipulation of asset prices or exploitation of pricing errors.
  • Technical abuse: reverse engineering, decompilation, scraping, cloning, probing for vulnerabilities without authorization, DDoS attacks, malware, bot farming or API abuse.
  • Account takeover: credential stuffing, SIM swap, phishing, social engineering against ArzyNet support staff or other users.
  • Harassment & abuse of personnel: threats, intimidation, abusive messages, discriminatory conduct or harassment directed at ArzyNet employees, agents or users.
  • Illegal content: use of ArzyNet infrastructure to host, distribute or promote content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property or breaches third-party rights.
  • Spam & unauthorized marketing: use of ArzyNet contacts, communications or chat features to send unsolicited promotional messages.
  • Terrorism financing & sanctioned activity: any transaction connected to designated terrorist entities or jurisdictions covered by OFAC, UN, EU or UK sanctions.
4. Detection & Monitoring Mechanisms

ArzyNet operates a layered abuse-detection system that combines automated analytics with human review. Our mechanisms include:

  • Behavioral analytics that score every account for anomalies in login, deposit and withdrawal patterns.
  • Device fingerprinting, geolocation checks and velocity-based rules on signups, deposits and withdrawals.
  • Automated screening of every transaction against global sanctions and PEP lists.
  • Real-time AML monitoring tuned to international FATF standards.
  • Dedicated 24/7 Trust & Safety team reviewing escalations manually.
  • Shared intelligence with payment processors, banking partners and anti-fraud networks.
  • Periodic internal audits and independent third-party reviews of our abuse controls.
5. How to Report Abuse

If you believe someone is misusing ArzyNet, has impersonated the brand, is operating a phishing site in our name, or has otherwise violated this policy, please report it immediately. Reports are reviewed by the Trust & Safety team on a 24/7 basis.

  • Email: send a detailed report to [email protected] with "ABUSE REPORT" in the subject line.
  • Live chat: open a ticket directly inside your ArzyNet dashboard, available 24/7.
  • Postal mail: ArzyNet Trust & Safety, 4323 Blossom Ln, Prince Frederick, Maryland 20678, United States.

To help us respond quickly, please include as much of the following information as possible: a clear description of the incident, dates and timestamps, usernames or email addresses involved, screenshots, URLs, transaction IDs and any supporting evidence. Reports made in good faith will never result in retaliation.

6. Phishing, Fake Websites & Brand Impersonation

ArzyNet actively pursues anyone who attempts to impersonate our brand to defraud users. If you receive a suspicious email, SMS or message claiming to come from ArzyNet, see a fake login page, or encounter a copycat website, please report it immediately. Legitimate ArzyNet communications will always:

  • Come from an official @arzynet.net email address.
  • Link only to the official arzynet.net domain and its verified subdomains.
  • Never ask for your password, seed phrase, 2FA codes or private keys.
  • Never request payment to a personal account, external wallet or messaging app.

If anything feels off, stop, verify through the dashboard or [email protected], and never share credentials.

7. Anti-Fraud & AML Compliance

ArzyNet enforces strict Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and Combating-the-Financing-of-Terrorism (CFT) procedures aligned with FATF recommendations and applicable regulations in every jurisdiction we serve. These measures include:

  • Mandatory identity verification before meaningful activity can take place on the account.
  • Source-of-funds verification for large deposits and unusual activity.
  • Ongoing transaction monitoring to detect structuring, layering and other laundering typologies.
  • Automated screening against international sanctions and politically exposed person (PEP) lists.
  • Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) submitted to competent authorities when required.
  • Mandatory cooperation with regulators, financial-intelligence units and law-enforcement authorities.
8. Enforcement Measures

ArzyNet applies measures proportionally to the severity, frequency and intent of each violation. Depending on the case, enforcement actions may include:

  • Formal warning and mandatory re-education on acceptable behavior.
  • Temporary suspension of specific features (deposits, withdrawals, chat, API access).
  • Full temporary suspension of the account pending investigation.
  • Permanent termination of the account with forfeiture of promotional balances.
  • Reversal, hold or confiscation of fraudulent proceeds subject to law.
  • Blacklisting across ArzyNet's partner and anti-fraud network.
  • Mandatory filing of SAR / STR reports with financial-intelligence authorities.
  • Civil action to recover damages or losses caused by the abuse.
  • Criminal referral to law-enforcement authorities where applicable.
9. Investigation Process

Every reported or detected abuse case follows a structured investigation workflow conducted by the Trust & Safety team:

  • Intake: every report or alert is registered in our case-management system with a unique ID.
  • Triage: cases are prioritized based on risk, user impact and regulatory relevance.
  • Evidence gathering: investigators collect logs, transaction history, device data, communications and KYC records.
  • Account preservation: if risk is high, the account may be frozen while the investigation is active.
  • Review: findings are evaluated against this policy, the Terms of Use and applicable regulations.
  • Decision & action: an enforcement decision is issued, documented and executed.
  • Notification: the affected user is notified where legally permissible, together with a path to appeal.
10. Right to Appeal

If your account is suspended, limited or terminated for abuse-related reasons, you may file an appeal by writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the enforcement action. Your appeal should include the account identifier, a detailed written explanation and any supporting evidence that contradicts the original decision. Appeals are reviewed by a senior Trust & Safety officer who was not involved in the original ruling, and a final written decision is issued within 14 business days.

Please note: certain decisions driven by regulatory obligations (for example AML suspensions mandated by law) cannot be reversed through an appeal, but we will always explain what you can do next within the limits of applicable law.

11. Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation

Abuse reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality. ArzyNet does not disclose the identity of the reporter to the reported party, except where required by law or when the reporter explicitly consents. Any form of retaliation against users or employees who submit good-faith abuse reports is itself a severe violation of this policy and will be subject to immediate enforcement.

12. Cooperation with Authorities

ArzyNet cooperates fully with regulators, financial-intelligence units, law-enforcement authorities and courts of competent jurisdiction. In response to valid legal process, we may disclose user data, transaction records, device information and communications strictly within the limits of applicable law and the ArzyNet Privacy Policy. In urgent cases involving a credible threat to life, we may act proactively and share limited information with authorities to prevent harm.

13. User Responsibility & Account Security

Preventing abuse is a shared responsibility. Every ArzyNet user is expected to take basic security measures to protect their account and avoid becoming an unintentional vector for fraud or misuse:

  • Choose a strong, unique password and never reuse it on other websites.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on every login and withdrawal.
  • Never share your credentials, 2FA codes, recovery phrases or screenshots of your dashboard.
  • Verify every ArzyNet communication through official channels before taking action.
  • Report suspicious messages, login notifications or unexpected device alerts immediately.
  • Keep your device, operating system and browser updated with the latest security patches.
14. Third-Party Services & Partner Abuse

ArzyNet integrates with regulated payment processors, banking partners, data providers and KYC vendors. If you believe one of our partners is engaged in abusive behavior, or if a partner is misrepresenting its relationship with ArzyNet, report it immediately via [email protected]. ArzyNet will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the relationship and notify affected users.

15. Updates to this Abuse Policy

ArzyNet may revise this Abuse Policy to reflect new threats, regulatory developments, technological changes or operational improvements. Material updates will be announced through your registered email address and inside the ArzyNet dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
