Last updated: November 3, 2026 · Applicable to every visitor and user of arzynet.net worldwide

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how ArzyNet ("ArzyNet", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the arzynet.net website, our mobile applications, our user dashboards and every related service we operate (collectively, the "Platform"). It describes what these technologies are, which categories we use, why we use them, how long they remain on your device and how you can accept, reject or manage them at any time.

This Cookie Policy must be read together with the ArzyNet Privacy & Data Protection Policy and the Terms of Use. By continuing to use the Platform after seeing our cookie banner, or by selecting your preferences in the cookie-consent panel, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the practices described here.

2. What Are Cookies & Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit them. They allow a site to recognize your browser, remember your settings, keep you logged in and understand how you interact with its content. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses — they are passive data files handled exclusively by your browser.

In addition to classic cookies, ArzyNet may use other local-storage and tracking technologies that work in a comparable way. In this policy, the word "cookie" refers to all of them collectively, including:

  • HTTP cookies: classic text files stored by the browser.
  • Local storage & session storage: HTML5 technologies used to keep small amounts of data inside the browser.
  • Pixel tags & web beacons: tiny invisible images used to measure email opens and page views.
  • SDK identifiers: device-level identifiers used by mobile applications.
  • Server-side logging: technical records tied to session identifiers.
3. Why ArzyNet Uses Cookies

Cookies are indispensable to the proper functioning, security and ongoing improvement of the ArzyNet Platform. In particular, we rely on cookies to:

  • Keep you securely signed in during your dashboard session.
  • Remember your preferences — language, time-zone, theme, dashboard layout.
  • Protect your account from unauthorized access, bots and fraud attempts.
  • Measure Platform performance, detect bugs and troubleshoot errors.
  • Understand aggregated user behavior in order to improve usability and stability.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory and audit obligations in every jurisdiction we serve.
  • Deliver optional, consent-based communications and updates about ArzyNet features.
4. Categories of Cookies ArzyNet Uses

ArzyNet uses four distinct categories of cookies, each serving a specific purpose. You can accept all of them, reject optional categories or configure them individually from the cookie-consent panel.

4.1. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They enable core features such as login sessions, security tokens, fraud prevention and loading balance between servers. Because they are required for the service to work, you cannot disable them through our consent panel. If your browser blocks them entirely, parts of ArzyNet will stop functioning — for example, you will not be able to sign in or submit forms.

  • Session identifiers that keep you authenticated inside the dashboard.
  • CSRF-protection tokens that defend against cross-site request forgery.
  • 2FA state cookies that validate your two-factor authentication.
  • Load-balancing cookies that route your traffic to the closest server.
  • Cookie-consent record that remembers your preference choices.
4.2. Functional & Preference Cookies

Functional cookies remember non-essential choices you make on the Platform so that you don't have to configure them every time you return. These include language, theme (light/dark), dashboard layout, currency display, chart timeframe and other personalization options.

  • Preferred language and regional settings.
  • Light/dark theme preference.
  • Dashboard widget layout and column order.
  • Default currency and chart timeframe.
  • Dismissed banners and tutorial messages.
4.3. Analytics & Performance Cookies

Analytics cookies help ArzyNet understand how users interact with the Platform in aggregate — which pages they visit, how long they stay, which features are useful and where errors occur. The information collected through these cookies is anonymized and pooled, and never used to profile you as an individual. We use these insights only to improve the stability, usability and value of ArzyNet.

  • Pseudonymous visitor identifiers used for aggregate reporting.
  • Page-view, scroll-depth and click-through counters.
  • Session duration and bounce-rate measurement.
  • Error-tracking cookies that log technical faults for debugging.
  • Performance-monitoring cookies that measure response time.
4.4. Marketing & Attribution Cookies

Marketing cookies are activated only after you give explicit consent. They help ArzyNet measure the effectiveness of its own campaigns, understand which channels bring new users to the Platform and offer features such as referral tracking. ArzyNet does not use these cookies to build advertising profiles about you and does not sell your data to third-party advertisers.

  • Attribution cookies that identify the campaign that brought you to arzynet.net.
  • Referral-tracking cookies for ArzyNet's affiliate program.
  • Conversion-pixel cookies that measure the success of specific landing pages.
  • Consent-based retargeting cookies to show you ArzyNet updates on partner platforms.
5. First-Party vs. Third-Party Cookies

Cookies on the Platform are either first-party or third-party:

  • First-party cookies are set directly by ArzyNet under the arzynet.net domain. They are used for authentication, security and preferences.
  • Third-party cookies are set by trusted partners we integrate with — for example, analytics providers, fraud-prevention vendors, KYC vendors, payment processors and anti-DDoS services. Each partner is contractually bound to protect your data in line with the ArzyNet Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

ArzyNet carefully selects its partners and avoids any vendor that does not meet strict international data-protection standards. A full list of current partners is available on request through [email protected].

6. How Long Cookies Stay on Your Device

Each cookie has its own lifespan, defined by its purpose:

  • Session cookies expire the moment you close your browser. Login tokens and CSRF-protection cookies fall into this group.
  • Persistent cookies stay on your device for a fixed period — typically between 7 days and 24 months — so that preferences and analytics can be preserved across visits.
  • Consent records are stored for up to 12 months, after which the Platform will ask you to confirm your preferences again.

Cookies can be deleted earlier than their expiry date — either manually through your browser or automatically when you withdraw your consent inside the cookie-consent panel.

7. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

ArzyNet gives you full, granular control over the optional cookies we use. You can change your choices at any time through the following tools:

  • Cookie-consent panel: accessible from the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page. You can accept all, reject optional categories or configure each category individually.
  • Browser settings: every modern browser lets you block, delete or restrict cookies. Instructions are available in the help section of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Opera.
  • Mobile device settings: iOS and Android let you reset or limit advertising identifiers used by apps.
  • Do Not Track signals: ArzyNet does not currently respond to DNT headers because there is no uniform industry standard, but we honour the choices you make in our consent panel.

Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the Platform — login, security and basic functionality rely on them.

8. Browser-Specific Cookie Controls

If you prefer to manage cookies directly in your browser, the following links lead to official instructions from each vendor:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
  • Apple Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
  • Opera: Settings → Advanced → Privacy & security → Site Settings → Cookies.

Changes made inside your browser apply only to that specific browser and device — if you use ArzyNet on multiple devices, you may need to repeat the configuration on each of them.

9. Consequences of Disabling Cookies

Disabling optional cookie categories will not prevent you from using ArzyNet, but it will affect your experience. Depending on which categories you turn off, you may notice the following:

  • You may be asked to log in more frequently.
  • The Platform may not remember your language, theme or dashboard layout.
  • ArzyNet will have less data to detect and fix bugs that affect your experience.
  • Referral tracking may not credit the user who introduced you to the Platform.
  • Error messages and localized content may appear in a default state instead of your chosen one.
10. Cookies in the ArzyNet Mobile Applications

Our mobile applications do not use classic browser cookies, but they rely on comparable technologies — such as local storage, cached session tokens and advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android). These technologies serve the same purposes described in sections 3 and 4 of this policy, and are governed by the same consent choices you make in the app's privacy settings.

You can reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device settings at any time. The ArzyNet apps strictly comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and Google's Play Store privacy requirements.

11. Legal Basis & International Users

The legal basis for ArzyNet's use of cookies depends on the category and your jurisdiction:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: processed under our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional Platform.
  • Functional, analytics and marketing cookies: processed only after you give your explicit consent through the cookie-consent panel.

ArzyNet complies with the EU ePrivacy Directive, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable regulations in every country we serve. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and we will respect your updated choice from the next page view onward.

12. Protection of Minors

ArzyNet is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors through cookies or any other means. If we discover that cookies have been placed on a device used by a minor, the related records will be deleted and the associated account (if any) will be closed in accordance with the Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

13. Updates to this Cookie Policy

ArzyNet may revise this Cookie Policy to reflect new technologies, new partners, new legal requirements or user feedback. Material updates will be announced through your registered email address and inside the ArzyNet dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always indicate when the current version came into force.

Minor editorial corrections — such as formatting, typo fixes or clarifications — may be applied without separate notification.

14. Related ArzyNet Policies
